FOOD HANDLER

ANSI-Accredited Food Handler

Required by all food handlers who are not already a Food Sanitation Manager. This includes all food handlers working in fast food restaurants, full-service restaurants, bars with food, concession stands, nursing homes, licensed day care home or facility, hospital, school, long-term care facility or a retail food store. Must be completed within 30 days of employment. This online 90-120 minute course is available in English and Spanish. Once completed, a certificate can be printed for the employer and a card for the employee. Valid for 3 years.

BASSET ALCOHOL

State Approved Basset Alcohol

Required by the State of Illinois Liquor Commission.  This interactive online course provides the necessary tools and skills to be responsible for the safe and legal service of alcoholic beverages.  upon successful completion, print your temporary certificate.  The official certificate will be sent to you by the State of Illinois.  Valid for 3 years.
